Starling Co-Founder Jeffrey Kupfer served as an instructor for the IOSCO/PIFS-Harvard Law School Global Certificate Program for Regulators of Securities Markets training session in December 2017.
The certificate program was jointly developed by IOSCO and PIFS-HLS to offer IOSCO members an executive education program that is exclusively tailored for regulators of securities markets. Participants were offered training to be able to enhance their skills in protecting investors, ensure the integrity of the capital markets, and strengthen financial stability.
